2. NATA 2025 – Exam Dates & Schedule
NATA 2025 is being conducted in multiple phases to provide ample opportunities for candidates. The examination started on March 7, 2025, and will continue till August 9, 2025.
Here’s a breakdown of the daily schedule:
- Fridays: The exam will be held only in the afternoon session from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Saturdays: The exam will be held in both morning (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and afternoon (1:30 PM to 4:30 PM) sessions.
Candidates can attempt a maximum of three tests, and the best score will be considered for admission.
3. NATA 2025 – Application Form

4. NATA 2025 – Syllabus

The Council of Architecture (CoA) generally declares the NATA result for each session within seven days of the examination. The authority has activated the NATA result 2025 link on the official website, nata.in. To download the NATA 2025 result, candidates will need their application number and password. The Council of Architecture publishes the results online as a scorecard, which includes overall marks, section-wise scores, and the qualifying status. It releases separate results for each examination date.
6. NATA 2025 – Cutoff
The NATA cutoff is a crucial aspect for admissions. It comprises two main components:
- NATA Qualifying Cutoff: This is the minimum score required to be considered eligible for B.Arch admissions. For NATA 2025, the qualifying cutoff is 70 marks out of 200. Additionally, candidates must secure at least 20 marks in Part A and 30 marks in Part B.
- NATA Admission Cutoff: This is the minimum mark required for admission to specific participating institutes. These cutoffs are prepared individually by each college and vary based on factors such as:
- Difficulty level of the exam
- Number of applicants
- Number of seats available
- Previous year’s cutoff trends
Expected Cutoff:
While the admission cutoffs vary by institution and category, generally, for top government colleges, the cutoff can range from 80 to 170 marks for the general category.
